Retreat Description

This all-inclusive weekend retreat is designed for participants who already have some meditation and mindfulness experience, but would like to take their practice to the next level during a relaxing weekend getaway.

Disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and have an opportunity to re-connect with yourself, with nature and with your mindfulness practice. Led by Tracey Delfs of Balance Quest, this retreat includes three seated meditation sessions, mindful eating and mindful walking in nature. 

Two mindful-flow yoga classes are included (classes are optional and all levels of experience are welcome). Tracey will also be facilitating discussions on how to overcome obstacles within your mindfulness or meditation practices, tips on mindfulness self-care and how to take your mindfulness practice to the next level. Set amongst the beautiful mountains of Lake Louise, this is the perfect setting to slow down, meditate and enjoy the present moment. 

Having studied under world-renowned Zen and Mindfulness Master Thich Nhat Hanh since the late 90’s, Tracey Delfs is a knowledgeable and well-respected member of the Albertan mindfulness community. She has taught mindfulness to numerous corporations, to Olympians and has led over 20 mindfulness & yoga retreats at The Chateau Lake Louise.

Enjoy this time away from the stresses of daily life with Tracey as she shares her passion for mindful living. Attend solo or invite your friends, partner, a sibling or a co-worker.   • Single occupancy is available from $515 per night or $1029 for the full retreat

  • Double occupancy is available from $399 per person, per night or $799 per person for the full retreat
