Certified Yoga Teacher, Forest Bathing Facilitator &
Leadership Mental Fitness Coach
About, Career, & Passions:
Ronna Schneberger has been a professional award winning naturalist, interpreter, and hiking/snowshoe guide in the mountain parks for the past 25 years. She is also a Hatha Yoga teacher and delivers iRest Yoga Nidra. In the last decade she incorporated yoga, meditation, and coaching in nature. The results were profound. In her quest to understand why time in nature easily creates such powerful experiences, she discovered the famous Japanese system of Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing and became one of the first Forest Therapy guides and trainers in Canada.
Ronna has been faculty with Leadership Development at the Banff Centre where she worked with leaders, professionals and executives from all over the world using nature as the teacher to create powerful reflections and transformation. Her unique nature prescriptions use proven techniques to help people reset their brain and nervous system so they can reclaim calm and clarity. Today she combines her coach training, Positive Intelligence, with mindfulness and time in nature to help people reset their mind and body so they can access their best qualities and lead effectively at work and be fully present with those they love.
